1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Vectras VM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Application.

2. Description of Service

Vectras VM is a virtualization software application that enables users to create and run virtual machines on supported Android devices.

Vectras VM:

• Does not provide proprietary operating system images.
• Does not distribute copyrighted operating systems.
• Does not host or transmit user virtual machine content.
• Does not guarantee compatibility with all devices.

Users are solely responsible for obtaining legally licensed operating system software.

3. License Grant

Vectras LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for personal or lawful business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

No ownership rights are transferred to you.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• Use only legally obtained operating system images and software.
• Comply with all applicable laws and software licensing agreements.
• Not use the Application for unlawful purposes.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Application except as permitted by law.

You acknowledge that any activity conducted within a virtual machine is your sole responsibility.

5. Open Source Components

Vectras VM incorporates open-source components, including QEMU and other libraries licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL) and other applicable licenses.

Use of such components is subject to their respective license terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

Vectras LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Performance guarantees

Virtualization performance depends on hardware capabilities and system configuration.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vectras LLC shall not be liable for:

• Data loss
• Device malfunction
• Performance degradation
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Use of the Application is at your own risk.

8. Termination

Vectras LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Application if these Terms are violated.

9. Modifications

Vectras LLC may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to Vectras LLC's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
