By downloading, installing, or using Vectras VM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Application.
Vectras VM is a virtualization software application that enables users to create and run virtual machines on supported Android devices.

Users are solely responsible for obtaining legally licensed operating system software.
Vectras LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for personal or lawful business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Vectras VM incorporates open-source components, including QEMU and other libraries licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL) and other applicable licenses.
Use of such components is subject to their respective license terms.
The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to Vectras LLC's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
